Default Username and Password for Hinovision Devices


Default Username: admin

Default Password: 12345

  • The default username/password only apply to older model of Hinovision IP Cameras. 
  • They do not apply to the latest IPC/NVR. 
  • For security reason, all devices with latest firmware need to go through a mandatory activation process.
  • Before use, you will need to create a password for the device and activate the device.
  • In case of IP Cameras connected directly to the NVR, the password will be automatically assigned by the NVR.
  • No additional activation process is required for IPCs connected to NVR’s POE ports.
