How to access OSD menu on 

Hinovision HD-TVI Camera?

All Hinovision HD-TVI cameras got built in OSD menu. It allows you configure all kinds of parameters directly on camera itself.


OSD menu typically allows you to adjust following parameters:

Video Format (PAL/ NTSC)

Exposure

White Balance

Day/ Night Switch

Video Settings


OSD menu configuration can be accessed through Web Interface, DVR, or sometimes integrated camera control stick.


Test Environment 

Camera Model: TAC334-VD4Z


DVR Model: TAR314-16 

DVR Firmware: V3.4.4 build 160615


This tutorial will show you how to access the OSD from DVR Web Interface.

  1. Access DVR Web Interface with IE or Safari, Login with your credential.



  1. Click on LiveView, Choose the camera you want to configure from the left, and click Menu button under PTZ



  1. Once you are in the OSD menu, use PTZ arrow key to navigate and Iris+ button to confirm.



If you wish to configure OSD from DVR, you also be able to find all the above button once you open the PTZ control menu.
