Please download the Verizon firmware for the IOT-R32W from the link below:

Please download the .bin file, Do NOT decompress the .bin file.

Please upload the firmware 32.3.0.7-r2-Verizon.bin to the router from the Maintenance- Upgrade page.

The upgrade process will take around 5 minutes, please keep the router powered on during the 5 minutes.
